1. Fill in the batch number for the returning unit.  The information is on the sticker pasted behind the phone.

 

2. If the phone could be powered on, please include the phone IMEI number.

3. Please state the issue clearly on the form. If the issue is not stated, B2H Trading will return the phone back to the customer without notice.

​4. B2h Trading will only acknowledge the returned phone when both the batch label and warranty sticker are still intact.

​5. B2H Trading has the right to reject the phone and send it back to the customer if any label is missing.

​

​6. Kindly refer to the image provided to find the batch label and warranty label on the phone.
